京津冀协同发展背景下河北省承接产业转移研究——基于白沟大红门市场的调研

Researching the Industrial Transfer in Hebei Province under the Background of the Collaborative Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Areas——Based on the Investigation of Baigou Dahongmen Market

京津冀协同发展是一项重大的国家战略,而作为实现区域协同发展的重要手段,产业转移在京津冀地区之间日益频繁,随之产生的各类问题也越来越多。以大红门国际服装城从北京向白沟的产业转移为切入点,利用多种调查手段来了解京津冀协同发展背景下产业转移的现实情况。调查表明:产业转移的整体情况与预期仍有不少差距,但也有很多可取之处。为此,将针对京津冀协同发展背景下产业转移中存在的问题提出对策,并对其中有益的做法进行总结。

The collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas is a major national policy,and industrial transfer among the regions becomes so frequent,because this is a significant way to realize joint development.At the same time,more and more problems have arisen during the process.This paper takes the shift of Dahongmen clothing city from Beijing to Baigou as an entry point,and takes many means to know the current situation of industrial transfer in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas.And the research shows that although the total state of industrial transfer does not match the expectations,we still get lots of useful information.So this paper will give suggestions aiming at the shortage of industrial transfer in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas and summarize the useful experience.
