摘要
在使用大型支撑结构进行钢结构施工时,对标高不同的构件进行安装时需要对这些大型支撑结构进行升降,这样不仅耗时费力,在起重设备吊装半径覆盖不到的地方进行这类大型支撑结构的升降更是困难重重。施工用大型支撑结构自提升技术有效避免了以上弊端,通过在国内西南某国际机场新建T3A航站楼建设过程中的实践应用,证明施工用大型支撑结构自提升技术可靠实用,保证了安装进度,节约了施工成本。
When large supporting structure is used in steel structure construction,the structure needs to be adjusted according to the height of the supporting structure component level. Using conventional method of gas cutting to fill long after welding is not only time-consuming,but also more difficult for where is no lifting equipment to cover the height of the supporting structure. The shortcomings above can be avoided effectively by using adaptive lifting technology in construction. Through the practice in the course of the construction of T3 A terminal application,it proves that the construction with large supporting structure is reliable and practical,which can ensure the installation progress,make steel structure installation work more fast and convenient.
