摘要
矩形工作井支护在保证施工安全的基础上,具有经济、快捷、效率高等特点。设计的支护体系由钢骨架和挡土木板组成。钢骨架采用Q345型低合金钢材,包括柱、横梁、角链接、支撑钢管等。通过结合土压力理论、沉降理论,利用"二分法"、"极限法"分析体系各部件受力情况,然后对部件的危险截面进行抗弯、抗剪等强度校核,并在北京市通州区永顺村取得良好的应用效果。结果表明,该体系不仅可以安全支护工作井,还具有施工周期短、投资少、可重复利用、空间利用率高等特点,为工作井支护体系的设计与施工提供了一种新的模式。
Rectangular working shaft support is very economical,fast,highly efficient,which is on the basis of ensuring the construction safety foundation. In this paper,the supporting system is composed of a steel skeleton and retaining plank. The steel frame is made of Q345 low alloy steel,including column,beam angle,links,supporting steel tube etc. By combining the theory of soil pressure,settlement theory,using the‘dichotomy'and‘limit method'to analyze the force components of the system and then make strength check including anti-bending and shear for the dangerous section of the parts and good application results are achieved in Yongshun Village,Tongzhou District of Beijing. The results show that the system can 't only support the working shaft safely,but also has short construction period,low investment,reuse,high space utilization rate,which also can provide a new mode for the design and construction of working shaft supporting system.
