摘要
钢筋卷网技术是用专门的焊网机将直条钢筋电阻点焊在横向薄钢带上形成一捆卷网,是一种全面整合了设计、生产、施工过程的钢筋工程新技术。在此基础上,2010年德国又研制成承受动载的钢筋卷网。卷网可用作基础底板、楼板、公路路面、桥面及其他板类构件的配筋。工程师可通过有限元分析软件优化钢筋设计、自动生成卷网图纸、数据文件并下料生产,运送至工地布筋位置、打开卷网滚动布筋,铺网速度极快。钢筋卷网与传统手工绑扎钢筋相比可缩短安装时间60%~70%,降低钢筋用量5%~10%及减轻现场劳动强度等优点。还介绍了钢筋卷网的发展简史以及在欧洲和大洋洲的工程应用。
Reinforcement carpets have been applied for more than 20 years. Special designed robots weld straightened reinforcement bars to transverse thin metal strips to produce the reinforcement carpets. This is a kind of new reinforcement technology which is fully integrated process from design to production and installation. On this basis, Germany developed further reinforcement carpets which can withstand dynamic load in 2010. Carpets can be reinforcement in ground slabs,floor slabs,pavement of highways,bridge decks and other plate type members. Engineers can utilize finite element analysis software to optimize reinforcement and automatically generate reinforcement carpets drawings,data files and produce carpets. After transforming to work sites,once positioned,reinforcement carpets can be rolled out extremely quickly. Compared to conventional loose bar,reinforcement carpet can reduce fixing times of60% ~ 70%,save reinforcement of 5% ~ 10% and reduce labour intensity etc. Brief history of reinforcement carpet system and applications in European and Oceania projects are also introduced.
