马鞍山市区学龄儿童行为问题及其影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 了解马鞍山市区学龄儿童行为问题现况 ,探讨其影响因素。方法 应用Rutter儿童行为问卷 (父母问卷 )和自编的儿童行为问题影响因素问卷 ,对马鞍山市区 3 80 4名 6~ 1 3岁儿童进行调查和评定。结果 学龄儿童行为问题的检出率为 1 5 .46 % ,以违纪行为 (A行为 )为主。不同行为问题的影响因素存在一定差异 ,但有些因素对各类行为均有影响。学龄儿童行为问题的主要影响因素为学习成绩差、婴幼期疾病、父母健康状况差、母亲性格内向、父母对子女的教育方式不正确、教育态度不一致、亲子关系差、3岁前寄养或全托、母孕期情绪不良、妊娠并发症或合并症。结论 学龄儿童不同行为问题是多种因素综合作用所致 。 Objective To understand behavioral problems of urban school-age children in Maanshan and to explore their influential factors. Methods Rutter Children Behavior Checklist (for parents) and self-designed questionnaire to survey influential factors for behavioral problems were used among 3804 children aged 6~13 years in Maanshan. Results The prevalence rate of behavioral problems was 15.46%, antisocial behavior was primary problem. Unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the influential factors for different behavioral problems were different, but some factors were associated with all behaviors problems. Poor school achievement, suffering from diseases at or after birth, poor health condition of parents, introverted character of mother, incorrect education models, divergently correctional view, poor parent-child relationship, improper type of being fostered before 3 years old, mother's bad mood and diseases during pregnancy were the main influential factors. Conclusions Various behavioral problems of school-age children are caused by multiple factors, thus comprehensive measures should be taken.
