236 Cases of Female Reproductive Tract Secretion Mycoplasma Culture and Drug Susceptibility Analysis

摘要 目的探讨女性生殖道分泌物支原体感染及相应抗生素耐药情况分析。方法使用无菌拭子采集263例宫颈炎患者的宫颈分泌物,对分泌物支原体的进行培养、鉴定及药敏试验,并分析结果。结果支原体总阳性检出率为59.3%;支原体阳性人群以20~39岁年龄段最多,占总阳性人数的73.6%;强力霉素对Uu、Mh、Uu与Mh混合感染具有高敏感性。结论宫颈分泌物支原体感染多为单纯解脲支原体感染,宫颈炎患者进行分泌物培养及药敏鉴定对用药具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To discuss female genital tract secretion mycoplasma of infection and accordingly antibiotic resistance situation analysis.Methods263 cases of patients with cervicitis cervical secretions were collected by using sterile swabs,for mycoplasma secretion mycoplasma culture,identification and drug sensitive test,and analyzed results.Results Mycoplasma of the original total positive detection rate was 59.3%;Mycoplasma positive people with 20 to 39 age was most,accounting for 73.6% of the total number positive;Doxycycline for Uu,Mh,Uu and Mh mixed infection had high sensitivity.Conclusion Cervical secretions mycoplasma infection is a simple solution urea mycoplasma infection more.Cervicitis patients with secretion culture and drug susceptibility to drug use have important guiding significance.
