摘要
目的研究采用128层Philips高速CT诊断肺磨玻璃结节样癌性病灶的诊断价值。方法选取肺磨玻璃结节样癌性病灶的患者80例,按照随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组采用128层Phillips高速CT进行诊断,对照组采用普通6排螺旋CT筛查。结果观察组诊断的准确率、诊断的敏感性、特异性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用128层Philips高速CT诊断肺磨玻璃结节样癌性病灶有较高的准确性、敏感性和特异性,值得推广应用。
Objective To study diagnostic value of used 128 Philips CT in the diagnosis of high-speed grinding glass nodular lung cancer disease. Methods Selected 80 cases patients with grinding glass nodular lung carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the 40 cases. The observation group received with 128 layer Phillips the CT diagnosis, the control group received common 6 row spiral CT screening. Results Observer group diagnosis accuracy, diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion 128-slice Philips CT in diagnosing pulmonary ground-glass nodules cancerous lesions has a higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
