摘要
目的对个性化护理在肺炎支原体感染患儿护理中的应用进行分析。方法选取肺炎支原体感染患儿200例,随机分为两组,常规组100例,进行常规护理干预措施;改良组100例,进行个性化护理干预措施。结果改良组患儿临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况、护理满意度、护理纠纷发生比例和发生程度等均显著优越于常规组患儿(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预在小儿肺炎支原体感染中进行应用开展。
Objective To analyze the application of individualized nursing in the nursing of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children. Methods 200 children of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in routine group which used routine nursing interventions; 100 cases in improvement group which used individualized nursing interventions. Results Clinical symptoms remission time, occurrence of adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction, the incidence and occurrence degree of nursing disputes in improvement group were significantly superior to routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing can be applied to carry out in mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
