基于中药方剂冠心十二味在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Chinese Herbs Flavor Guanxinshierwei in Patients with Stable Angina

目的探讨中药方剂冠心十二味在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法将稳定型心绞痛患者62例随机分为两组各31例,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予冠心十二味,参照组单独给予常规治疗,比较其效果。结果治疗后,观察组的BNP明显较参照组低(P<0.05),且观察组心绞痛的总有效率(96.77%)明显较参照组(77.42%)高,差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药方剂冠心十二味在稳定型心绞痛患者中的临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of prescription Guanxinshierwei value in patients with stable angina. Methods 62 patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups of 31 cases were observed in the conventional therapy group were given on the basis of Guanxinshierwei flavor, the reference group treated with conventional therapy alone, to compare their results. Results After treatment, BNP observation group was significantly lower than the reference group （P〈0.05）, and the total efficiency of the observation group angina （96.77%） was significantly higher than the reference group （77.42%） high, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese Herbs flavor Guanxinshierwei clinical efficacy in patients with stable angina exact, worthy of promotion.
