调pH值法用于健儿消食口服液澄清工艺的研究

The Research on the Clarification Technology of Adjusting pH Value in Jian'er Xiaoshi Koufuye

目的研究调p H值法用于健儿消食口服液的澄清效果。方法分别采用调p H值法与壳聚糖絮凝法及原工艺制备样品,观察澄明度、沉淀,检测p H值、黄芩苷含量。结果调p H值法与壳聚糖絮凝法均可澄清样品,样品澄明度较好,但均会降低黄芩苷含量,而调p H值法对黄芩苷含量影响较小。结论调p H值法是健儿消食口服液较为简易理想的澄清工艺。

Objective To watch the effect of the clarification technology of adjusting pH value in Jian＇er Xiaoshi Koufuye. Methods Prepare the samples by adjusting pH value, chitosan and original pricess. Observe the clarity or deposit, detect the pH value and the content of the baicalin in the samples. Results The method of adjusting pH value and chitosan all could clarify the sample and depress the content of the baicalin in the samples, but the method of adjusting pH value was little better. Conclusion The method of adjusting pH value was the simple and perfect clarification technology of Jian＇er Xiaoshi Koufuye.
