研究应用磷酸肌酸治疗小儿心肌炎对心肌钙蛋白与肌酸激酶同工酶的影响

Effect of Myocarditis in Children with Cardiac Troponin and Creatine Kinase MB Application Creatine Phosphate Treatment

目的研究应用磷酸肌酸治疗小儿心肌炎对心肌钙蛋白与肌酸激酶同工酶的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月到我院儿科就诊的小儿心肌炎患者101例,随机分成试验组(51)例,对照组(50)例,对照组采用常规用药治疗即根据病情使用洋地黄、强的松、维生素C、辅酶A、门冬氨酸钾镁等。试验组在对照组的基础上使用磷酸肌酸进行治疗,观察两组患者心肌钙蛋白与肌酸激酶同工酶。结果治疗后试验组心肌钙蛋白与肌酸激酶同工酶值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸治疗小儿心肌炎对心肌钙蛋白与肌酸激酶同工酶有降低作用,治疗心肌炎有效,值得在临床推广。

Objective Observation on the efficacy of Creatine phosphate in the treatment of Pediatric myocarditis has the impact on Creatine phosphate and Creatine kinase isoenzyme. Methods 101 pediatric myocarditis in our hospital were selected during from January 2013 to January 2014. divided into two groups. Control group（51 cases） used digitalis, prednisone,Vitamin C, Coenzyme A, Nmda potassium magnesium .Observation group （50 cases） depended on the control group add Creatine phosphate, observation Creatine phosphate, Creatine kinase isoenzyme. Results After treatment observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Creatine phosphate in the treatment of Pediatric myocarditis was well, is worth popularizing in clinical.
