高原环境胃肠黏膜损伤研究进展

Progress of research on gastrointestinal mucosal injury at high altitude environment

高原环境的特殊性是导致高原胃肠病的主要因素。高原胃肠病是近年来逐渐深入研究的高原病之一,研究高原肠黏膜损伤机制及其防治对降低高原病发病率、保障高原地区居民的健康尤为重要。本文就高原缺氧对肠黏膜损伤机制及其防治研究进展作一综述。

The specificity of plateau environment is the main factor leading to gastrointestinal diseases at high altitude.Plateau gastrointestinal disease is one of the plateau diseases which have been deeply studying in recent years.It is important to explore the mechanisms of intestinal mucosal damage and the prevention and treatment of the disease.In this article,we reviewed the research progress on the mechanisms of intestinal mucosal injury associated with high altitude hypoxia and the prevention and control of the disease.
