摘要
漂浮下沉法是钻井法凿井砌筑井壁的一种主要方法,井壁作为一个密封的筒体下沉,每节井壁之间接缝不渗水,排浆后一般不需要封水处理,井壁作业全部在地面上进行。信湖煤矿中央风井井壁采用漂浮下沉法施工,最终形成的井壁符合设计要求。以此工程为背景,对漂浮下沉法砌筑井壁的原理及工艺流程进行总结分析。
Floating sinking method is a primary method in construction of drilling shaft.The shaft lining sinks as a sealed tube,each section of the joints is impermeable,so generally water is not needed to seal after discharging slurry. The shaft lining jobs are all done on the ground. The floating sinking method is used in construction of Xinhu mine central ventilation shaft lining and ultimately the formation of the wall meets the design requirements well. Based on the engineering background, the principle and process flow of floating sinking method are summarized and analyzed.
