穿层钻孔控制预裂爆破增透技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对高瓦斯低透气性煤层存在的瓦斯抽采率低的问题,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,建立穿层钻孔控制预裂爆破模型,设置所需参数和条件并进行模拟计算,直观地展现了爆破后裂隙的延伸状况,说明了控制孔对裂隙发展的引导作用。并将穿层钻孔预裂爆破技术应用于现场,爆破结果表明:此技术可以大幅度增加煤层中的裂隙,能够很好地改善低透气性高瓦斯煤层存在的瓦斯难以抽采的问题。 In order to solve the problem that low gas permeability of coal seam′s gas extraction rate is so low, using numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to build wear layer drilling control presplitting blasting model, and set the parameters and conditions. The crack extension condition after blasting is shown intuitively, and it is a illustrate of the control hole′s guiding role to the development of fractures.The technology of wear layer hole pre-splitting blasting was applied to the coal mine.The blasting results show that this technology can greatly increase the crack in coal seam, and improve the problems that it is hard to take out the gas from the low permeability coal seam.
