易燃厚煤层采空区自燃三带分布特性及防灭火技术 被引量:1

摘要 通过在采空区预埋束管进行取样,检测采空区内气体成分随工作面推进进度变化情况,确定出孙家沟煤矿13304采面采空区煤自燃"三带"分布特性,获得采空区自燃带宽度范围。当工作面出现CO异常时,采用了工作面降风均压、自燃带埋管注氮、上下隅角封堵减漏风的综合防灭火措施,取得了良好的防灭火效果。 The gas components in the goaf were sampled by the pre-buried pipe, and the change of the gas composition with the working surface mining, the distribution characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion "three zones" in goaf of 13304 of Sunjiagou coal mine were determined, and the width range of the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf is obtained. When the CO is abnormal in the working face, the comprehensive fire prevention measures of even pressure in working face by reduced air quantity, nitrogen injection by buried pipes in spontaneous combustion zone and plugging air leakage in top and bottom corner were adopted, all of that achieved a good fire prevention effect.
