摘要
针对布尔台煤矿缺土少水,地面至采煤工作面垂高小、距离远、依靠静压无法完成浆体输送等特点,研究了地面灌浆防灭火系统,以制浆机、制胶机、渣浆泵等设备组成。主要介绍了灌浆工艺及灌浆材料的选取、灌浆参数的计算、灌浆管路及渣浆泵的选择、系统组成及灌浆方法等,为西北地区矿井防灭火系统设计提供一种方法。
