摘要
采用ANSYS APDL语言建立了煤矿用粉碎机的三维实体模型,采用分块兰索斯法求解得到了粉碎机系统的固有频率和模态振型,发现系统的固有频率和输入级锥齿轮副的转频接近,会发生共振;以轴的几何参数为设计变量,在ANSYS中进行了粉碎机模态优化分析,使系统固有频率成功避开了齿轮副的啮合频率。
The three-dimensional solid model of coal dedicated grinder was established based on ANSYS APDL language, the modal frequency and modal shape were obtained by using Block Lanczos method, it found that the system frequency was much closer to input bevel gear pair rotate frequency,which causes resonance; Modal optimization was performed in ANSYS by setting the geometrical parameters of the shaft as design variable. Finally, the system frequency evade from the meshing frequency of the gear pair.
