摘要 在熟悉煤泥水处理工艺的基础上,选择合适的检测、被控变量和操纵变量,确定系统的总体结构,详细分析与设计了絮凝剂、凝聚剂合理添加量及浓缩机底流浓度控制的方案,设计了一套基于PLC和IFIX的煤泥水处理过程控制系统,并对系统的硬件进行选型和设计,编写了PLC的控制程序,设计并制作整个系统的上位机组态界面,实现了煤泥水处理过程的实时监控和自动控制。 Based on the acquaintance with the process of slime water sedimentation treatment,the appropriate detection, controlled variables and manipulated variables have been selected,the entire structure of the system has been determined, the reasonable amount of the adding of the flocculant and coagulant have been detailed analyzed and designed. Based on PLC and IFIX, a composite dry coal separation process control system has been designed,the system harwdwares have been designed and choosen, and the PLC control program is compiled. The whole system of the PC and configuration interface have been designed and produced. Have realized the the real-time monitoring and automatic control of the the control system of slime water sedimentation treatment process.
