钛酸钡尺寸效应的应力模型分析

Mechanical Analysis of Grain Size Effects on Dielectric Constant for Nanocrystalline Barium Titanate

摘要 钛酸钡晶体常用作电子元器件的基础材料,为分析纳米晶钛酸钡颗粒的介电性能,基于热力学理论,以球形晶粒模型为假设,提出一种新的应力形式,采用MATLAB软件建模仿真,由此讨论了纳米晶钛酸钡陶瓷的介电常数随晶粒尺寸的变化,模拟分析了各因素对介电常数的影响。 Size effects are a significant research for Barium Titanate with small scale. A new form of stress inside the Nanocrystalline BaTiO3 is proposed necessary for the characterization of the ferroelectric properties, based on the theory of themodynamics. The new stress form takes the factors in count that the nano-grain is spherical and single domain. The dielectric constant changes of BaTiO3 ceramics were investigated. The affects of each factor were analysised and the critical grain size was obtained.
