高职院校人才培养质量的影响因素——基于福建部分高职院校的调查

Study on The Impacting Factors for Talent Cultivation Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Investigation on Some Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian

对福建省部分高职院校师生的调查结果表明,影响人才培养质量的关键因素依次是教师的教学态度、专业目标定位和课程设置、学生学习态度、教师的教学方法和手段、实践教学条件及管理等;而就业指导工作、校园环境及校园文化建设是学生认为比较重要的因素。同时,也发现教师对学校的人文关怀和调动教师工作积极性举措、教学管理的方法和手段、教研活动的安排和内容、学生的学习态度等较不满意;学生则对专业的课程设置、课外辅导、校园环境、实践教学管理、班级凝聚力等较不满意。

According to the result of the research which the research group conducted on some higher vocational colleges in Fujian, the key elements of talent cultivation quality are teachers＇ teaching attitude, academic targets positioning and curriculum provision, students＇ learning attitude, teachers＇ teaching methods and teaching means and practice teaching conditions management. College employment guidance as well as campus environment and culture construction are also thought highly by the students. Meanwhile, teachers are revealed to be not quite satisfied with the school deeds on the humanistic concern and the initiative mobilizing, teaching administration methods and means, arrangements and contents of teaching and researching activities, and students＇ learning attitude; On the other hand, students are not quite satisfied with the curriculum provision, the tutoring, the campus environment; practice teaching management, and class cohesiveness; on the basis of the above, a few suggestions are put forward to promote the talent cultivation quality.
