摘要
采用职业价值观、积极心理资本和择业效能感问卷对天津市600名高职女生进行调查,探讨高职女生心理资本在职业价值观与择业效能感之间的调节作用,结果发现:除职业价值观保健维度外,其余各维度均与择业效能感各维度呈显著正相关;高职女生心理资本各维度与择业效能感各维度之间均呈显著正相关;高职女生心理资本在职业价值观与择业效能感之间起正向调节作用。
By investigating 600 female vocational students with the questionnaires of occupation values, psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy, the study mainly explored the moderate effects of psychological capital on the relationship between occupation values and career decision-making self-efficacy. The results showed that occupation values and psychological capital was positively correlated with career decision-making self-efficacy, while health care was negatively correlated with the development plan. The psychological capital had significant negative moderate effects on the relationship between occupation values and career decision-making self-efficacy.
