合成阻垢剂阻垢机理及影响因素研究

摘要 利用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸和马来酸酐合成了一种环境友好型阻垢剂,通过正交实验得到的最佳合成条件是:HCO-3质量浓度为400mg/L、pH值为6、含盐量为50g/L、温度为60℃,此条件下合成阻垢剂对碳酸钙的阻垢效果最好。采用红外光谱、元素分析技术以及扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了阻垢剂SWSI-1的阻垢机理,结果表明:合成阻垢剂中的主要官能团为羧基、磺酸基和醚基,其阻垢主要作用机理为螯合作用和晶格畸变作用。 An environment-friendly scale inhibitor is synthesized by MA and AMPS.An orthogonal test were conducted to study the influence factors such as HCO3^- concentration,pH values,temperatures and salinity on scale dissolving effect.As indicated by experimental outcomes,dissolving ratio would be the best under a condition of 60℃,HCO3^- concentration 400mg/L,the value of pH is 6,50g/L salinity.The molecular structure of SWSI-1was analyzed via infrared spectra,elemental analysis technique,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction,analysis concluded that the main functional group of synthesis inhibitor is carboxyl group,sulfonic acid group and ether group,the main mechanism of scale inhibitor is chelation and lattice distortion.
