摘要
远程教育的质量水平和质量声誉成为远程教育发展的瓶颈,对远程教育质量保证的研究已经成为该领域的重要课题,但是远程教育是一个复杂的系统,教师多样,生源复杂,对远程教育质量保证的研究不能只是从机构的视角或者研究者的视角出发,需要考虑远程教育的各个利益相关者,以及不同利益相关者的个人特征。该研究认为不同的远程教育利益相关者对远程教育质量保证的观点可能存在差异,该研究基于这样一个假设,开展了大范围的问卷调研,调研涉及全国六大区域和三大远程教育办学机构,以期深入了解远程教育各个利益相关者对质量保证要素重要性的观点。研究者从不同角色、不同性别、不同年龄、不同民族、不同地域和不同机构这六个视角分析各自的差异性,得到不同利益相关者对质量保证要素的重要性判断,分析的结果为质量保证标准的构建奠定基础。
Since the quality of distance education in China becomes the bottleneck of development of distance education, the research for distance education quality assurance has become an important topic in this field. Distance education is a complex system with diversity of teachers and students, so the research of distance education quality assurance should not only be from the perspective of institution or the researcher, but from the various stakeholders of distance education. This study bases on the assumption that different distance education stakeholders of distance education quality assurance hold different point of view. The study has carried out a wide range of questionnaire survey with research on the six major areas and three distance education schools in order to further understand different point of view from various stakeholders for quality assurance factors in distance education. Researcher analyzes from six perspectives that are different roles, different gender, different age, different nationalities, different regions and different institutions. Then finally gets the different stakeholders for judging the importance of the quality assurance factors. The results lay a foundation for the construction of quality assurance standards.
