超声提取内生真菌Aspergilus aculeatus GZ-5总黄酮及抗氧化活性

摘要 以甘蔗叶中内生真菌Aspergillus aculeatus GZ-5的菌体为原料,采用超声波辅助提取法,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化菌体总黄酮的提取工艺条件。试验结果表明:总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为超声功率47.5 W、提取温度70℃、超声时间25 min、料液比1:60(m L/g)、乙醇体积分数60%,在此优化条件下总黄酮的提取量为4.92 mg/g。Aspergillus aculeatus GZ-5菌体总黄酮具有较高的抗氧化活性。 The total flavonoids were extracted from the strain Aspergillus aculeatus GZ-5 of sugarcane leaves endophytic fungi using ultrasonic. The extraction condition was optimized using single factor test and orthogonal experiments. Results showed that the parameters of the extraction process were optimized to be ultrasonic power 47.5 W, extraction temperature of 70 ℃, extraction time of 25 min, material/solvent ratio of 1:60, ethanol concentration of 60%. The extraction yield of total flavonoids from the strain Aspergillus aculeatus GZ-5 reached at 4.92 mg/g under the optimized conditions and the total flavonoids have strong antioxidant activity.
