山奈酚/HE-β-CD包合物的结构表征及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:5

Physicochemical properties and antioxidant activity of the inclusion complex of Kaempferol with hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin

摘要 研究采用溶剂法制备了山奈酚/羟乙基-β-环糊精包合物,以提高山奈酚的水溶性,并采用紫外(UV)、红外(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)对该包合物的结构进行了表征,并采用DPPH自由基清除力的测定和还原力的测定方法测定包合物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,山奈酚与羟乙基-β-环糊精包合后,其物相发生了重大改变:山奈酚以无定形状态完全分散在羟乙基-β-环糊精中,二者以非共价键形式相结合,该包合物具有一定的抗氧化能力。 In this research, the inclusion complex of Kaempferol with hydroxyethyl-β- -cyclodextrin (HE-β- CD) was prepared to improve the water solubility of Kaempferol by solvent method. The physicochemical properties of the complex were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry (UV), infrared spectrometry (IR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The anti-oxidation of the complex was determined by methods of DPPH radical scavenging activity and the reducing power. The results showed that the physical phase of Kaempferol had been changed, which had been completely dispersed in HE-β-CD. Kaempferol and HE- β-CD were combined with non-covalent bonds. The complex showed the antioxidant activity in this study.
