婴幼儿配方乳粉中叶黄素含量测定的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中的叶黄素含量。方法:乳粉样品经水溶解,用含0.1%BHT的丙酮提取所含叶黄素,饱和氯化钠分离丙酮,上清液采用C18色谱柱分离,在445 nm波长下检测。结果:叶黄素在(0.02~0.8)mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.997,以3倍信噪比(S/N〉3)计方法的检出限为0.016 mg/L。在100、200、300μg/100 g的添加水平下,叶黄素的平均回收率为98.2%~103.9%,RSD为1.25%~2.53%。应用该方法检测了7种市售婴幼儿配方乳粉中的叶黄素含量,结果表明方法简便、准确。结论:此方法适合婴幼儿配方乳粉中叶黄素含量的日常检测。 Objective: Determination of lutein in infant milk powder by HPLC. Method: Milk powder was dissolved in water, then lutein were extracted with acetone containing 0.1% BHT. Saturated sodium chloride was used to separate acetone from water. The supernatant was determined with C18 column and detected at 445 nm. Results: The results showed that the linear range was (0.02-0.8) mg/L (r=0.997), and the limit of detection was 0.016 mg/L. The mean recoveries of lutein were 98.2%-103.9% with the relative standard deviations of 1.25%-2.53%. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of lutein in 7 infant formula milk powder. Conclusion: The method was simple, precise and suitable for the daily determination of lutein in infant formula milk powder.
