对话德育范式下的高校师生关系之理性审视与重构 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,衍生于交往理论的对话德育逐渐成为独立的德育范式,因其蕴含强烈的人文色彩,对生活世界的本原再现等本质特点,对话德育在高校蓬勃兴起,但其实效并不理想,主要根源在于不和谐的师生关系,突出表现为"俯视"与"仰视"两种错位关系。师生关系与对话德育之间存在"一体两面"的共生关系,师生关系决定对话德育的质量和效果。重构与对话德育范式匹配的师生关系,可以考虑以平等和信任为基础,从价值导向、核心理念、场域氛围、话语体系四个路向重构"我—你"型师生关系。 In recent years,the moral education derived from the theory of communication dialogue has gradually become the independent moral education paradigm,because it contained a nature characteristics of strong humanities flavor and the origins of life world. Moral education in colleges and universities is booming,but the actual effect is not ideal,the main source is in the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,especially relations between "overlooking"and "looking up". The relationship between teachers and students and the moral education of the dialogue is " one side" of the symbiotic relationship,and it determines the quality and effectiveness of moral education. If we reconstruct and dialogue relationship between teachers and students under the moral education paradigm,we should consider equality and trust as the foundation to reconstruct the type of "I and you"relationship between teacher and student from four direction,such as the value orientation,core concept,field atmosphere and discourse system.
