摘要
目前LED驱动电源大多用于安全场所,功率较高,在煤矿井下容易引起爆炸。本质安全电路性能优良且发展越来越成熟,在煤矿上也得到了推广。本文将二次本安电源Buck开关变换器与LED驱动电源系统结合,主要针对矿用本质安全型LED驱动电源从两方面进行设计,一是二次本安电源结构中电压/电流的设计,实现LED的恒流控制;二是在满足硬件电路设计要求前提下,优化设计Buck开关变换器内部电感电容参数,使得电路的本安性能得到保证。通过实例的参数设计、MATLAB和Saber仿真,验证设计方法的正确性,证明了电路的实用性。
The LED driver,with high power,is mostly used in safe place and easy to cause explosion in the coal mine.The intrinsically safe circuit is excellent and more mature,has been popularized in the coal mine.This paper combined the two intrinsically safe power supply of Buck converter and LED drive power system,mainly designed from two aspects for mine intrinsically safe power supply of LED,one is the design of U/I structure of two intrinsically safe power supply,to realize the constant current control of LED;the other is to meet the requirements of the hardware circuit design of the premise optimization design of Buck switching converter internal capacitance and inductance parameters,to ensure the safety performance.Through the design and calculation of parameters,the MATLAB and Saber simulation,this paper verify the correctness of the design method,and proved the practicality of the circuit.
