摘要
图书馆人性化服务是指站在读者的角度考虑问题,为广大读者提供富有人情味服务的一种方式,它采用以人为本的服务理念,满足读者的个性化需求,促进人的发展和价值的实现。文章针对目前高职院校在图书馆管理上存在的问题提出相对应的策略,从而提升图书馆人性化服务水平。
The humanized service of library refers to serve for the readers' sake. It uses a people-oriented service con- cept, to meet the personalized needs of readers, and to promote human development and the value realization. This pa- per based on problems existing in the management of the library in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the corre- sponding strategies so as to enhance the level of humanized service of library.
