Exploration on Apprenticeship and Traditional Practice Mode

学徒制是实践教学环节中非常重要的专业技能培养模式,是提升学生就业竞争力、评判学生适应岗位与职场环境的客观方法。通过学徒制教学模式可以将专业理论知识与岗位能力有机结合起来,从而为企业提供服务型人才。通过对学生的双重教育,打造一条通往职场的快速通道,为社会和企业输送符合市场预期的人才。文章将通过3个方面探讨实践教学。

Apprentice system is a very important professional skill training mode in practical teaching, which is the ob- jective method to enhance the competitiveness of students＂ employment, to judge the students to adapt to the position and the workplace environment. Through the apprenticeship teaching mode, we can combine the professional theoreti- cal knowledge and the ability of the job, so as to provide service oriented talents for enterprises. Through the dual edu- cation of the students, we aim to create a fast track to the workplace. This article discusses the practice teaching through three aspects.
