远程教育在线辅导的思考与研究

摘要 文章分为3部分,第一部分简要介绍我国远程教育的现状,提出在线辅导的重要性,第二部分提出在线辅导教师应具备四类核心策略的能力:支持与激励、引导与聆听、交互与反馈、总结与发展,第三部分总结4种在线辅导策略。希望文章能够为远程教育在线教师的辅导提供策略和方法指导。 With the continuous development of distance education, online tutoring is more ant/more important in online teaching. The online tutoring strategy and skills of the teachers are the key factors to effectively carry out online teach- ing. The article is divided into three parts.First of all, the present situation of distance education in China is briefly in- troduced, and the paper puts forward the importance of online tutoring. The second part proposes online tutorship teach- er should possess the four abilities of core strategy: support and encouragement, guidance and listen, interactive and feedback, summary and development. At last, four kinds of online tutoring strategies are summarized. This paper hopes to provide strategies and methods for the guidance of online teachers in distance education.
