摘要
摩擦提升机利用摩擦力传递动力,具有产生滑动的危险。文章利用CER2.O建立了摩擦提升机滑动保护装置制动块三维模型,导入到ANSYS中进行了网格划分,利用有限元分析理论对制动块模型进行受力分析,得到了制动块制动钢丝绳时的应力,应变云图,为钢丝绳滑动保护装置制动块选择提供了一种研究方法。
Friction hoist has a dangerous of sliding with a frictional force transmit power. In this paper, a three-dimen- sional model of rope sliding protection brake pads is established based on CER2.0, and the model is meshed by import- ing into ANSYS. The paper analyzes the force of brake block model via using finite element analysis theory, and we get the brake pad brake steel wire rope in the stress and strain contours. A research method is provided for the selection of the brake block of the steel wire rope sliding protection device.
