某新型补偿器在WHR高温管道中的应用

摘要 管道在高温情况下因热胀、冷缩、端点位移载荷作用产生的二次应力是管道破坏的主要原因,以合理设计管道走向、增加管道补偿器来增加管道柔性是降低管道二次应力的最有效途径。以余热利用(WHR)高温管道为例,在CAESAR II软件中建立有限元模型,分析了新型补偿器对管道二次应力的影响,通过计算分析得出新型补偿器的一般设计原则。研究发现,在高温管道里,新型补偿器可大大提高管道自然补偿的能力,在一定范围内增加这种补偿器的尺寸可增加管道柔性,降低管道二次应力。 Expansion with heat,contraction with cold and displacement load are the primary cause of the high secondary stress of the high temperature pipeline,which will cause the damage to the pipe.Increasing the flexibility of the pipeline is the most effective way to decrease the secondary stress of the pipeline through the rational design of the pipeline route or adding the pipe compensators.Taking the high temperature pipeline of WHR as an example,the finite element is built through the CAESAR II software,and the influence of the new type compensator to the secondary stress of the pipeline is analyzed.The research shows that in the high temperature pipeline,the new type compensator can improve the ability of the pipeline natural compensation,and increase the flexibility of the pipeline and decrease the secondary stress of the pipeline in a certain extent by adding the size of the new compensator.
