磁共振成像评估一氧化碳中毒后脑损伤的价值 被引量:4

摘要 一氧化碳(carbon monoxide,CO)中毒会引起严重的脑损伤及心肌损伤,其中脑损伤则会直接影响患者的预后。目前,临床上对部分患者脑损伤预后的评估仍存在困难。第一,对于CO中毒后患者的慢性期临床表现较难预测。CO中毒后患者的慢性期临床表现大致可分为三种:第一种,患者仅在急性期出现多种一过性症状;
