寄生原虫端粒蛋白研究进展

摘要 端粒蛋白是指那些直接或间接与端粒结合的蛋白组分。近年来寄生虫端粒蛋白研究引起了人们广泛的关注,为寄生虫病的研究提供了新的思路。端粒蛋白具有维持染色体稳定和细胞周期调控等多种功能,共同参与寄生虫生命周期的调节,同时也为寄生虫病的预防和治疗开辟了新的途径。论文主要综述了包括TRFs、Rap1、TERT、RPA、Sir2和Orc1、Gbp、Ku、Rbp38以及LaTBP1等原虫端粒蛋白及其功能,以期为寻找新的防治寄生虫病的靶点提供借鉴。 Telomere proteins are integral components of the telomere complex that bind directly or indirectly with telomere DNA.The telomeric proteins that provide a new research area on parasites,have been paid agreat attention recently.They play important roles in both chromosome stability and the regulation of life cycle in parasites.Furthermore,the researches on telomeric proteins opens exciting avenues on the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases.This article reviewed telomeric proteins of protozoa and related functions,including TRFs,Rap1,TERT,RPA,Sir2,Orc1,Gbp,Ku,Rbp38,and LaTBP1,to develop novel targets for anti-parasite agents.
