Experimental Software Design of Neutron Residual Stress Diffractometer at China Advanced Research Reactor

摘要 设计开发了中国先进研究堆(CARR)中子残余应力谱仪的实验软件。基于中子衍射法测量了残余应力的基本原理和谱仪构型,分析了中子残余应力测量方法,提出了残余应力测量所需的功能。在谱仪运动控制和数据采集系统的基础上,设计了各项功能的流程方法,并使用LabVIEW语言编写了相应的程序。利用中子束全面测试软件的各项功能,完成了CARR中子残余应力谱仪实验软件的设计开发。 The experimental software of the neutron residual stress diffractometer at China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)was designed.According to the principle of residual stress measurement by neutron diffraction and the geometry of diffractometer,the measurement procedures were analyzed and the functions needed for residual stress measurement were proposed.Based on the motion control and data acquisition system of the diffractometer,the implement method of these functions was designed.Then the software was realized by LabVIEW language and tested by neutron beam.The experimental software for CARR neutron residual stress diffractometer was successfully accomplished.
