整体护理在微波固化治疗肝癌中的应用

Application of holistic nursing in treatment of liver cancer patients with microwave coagulation therapy

目的总结微波固化治疗肝癌的围术期护理体会。方法对23例肝癌患者实施精心的术前、术后护理,并给予个体化的健康教育及心理疏导。结果所有患者均行微波固化治疗,无围术期死亡病例,1例患者出现肺部感染及败血症。结论加强微波固化治疗肝癌患者的围术期护理,可及时发现相关并发症,改善患者预后。

Objective To summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of liver cancer patients treated with microwave coagulation therapy. Methods Intensive treatment and nursing were applied for 23 liver cancer patients before and after operation,and individualized health education and mental nursing were given for them. Results All the patients took microwave coagulation therapy,and no patients died in the perioperative period. One patient had pulmonary infection and sepsis.Conclusion Enhanced perioperative nursing for liver cancer patients with microwave coagulation therapy can timely find the related complications and promote rehabilitation.
