个性化护理干预对小儿肺炎支原体患者治疗效果及预后的影响

Effect of individualized nursing intervention on therapeuticeffect and prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨个性化护理干预对小儿肺炎支原体患者治疗效果和预后的影响。方法选择100例肺炎支原体患儿按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上施以个性化护理干预,治疗结束后对2组患儿的康复情况进行评价。结果观察组患儿不良反应率(10.0%)显著低于对照组(28.0%),观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、发热消退时间显著短于对照组,观察组患儿及家长满意度(84.0%)显著高于对照组(50.0%),观察组治疗总有效率(92.0%)显著高于对照组(70.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预措施可加快肺炎支原体患儿的康复速度,降低并发症或不良反应的发生率,有效改善患儿预后。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on therapeutic effect and prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while observation group was treated with individualized nursing on the basis of control group. Rehabilitation condition was compared between two groups. Results Incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 10%,which was significantly lower than 28% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,cough disappearance time and fever subsided time were significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of children and parents in the observation group was84%,which was significantly higher than 50% in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Effective rate in the observation group was 92%,which was significantly higher than 70% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention measures can promote the recovery of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,reduce the incidence rate of complications or adverse reactions,and effectively improve the prognosis.
