盐酸氨溴索超声雾化吸入在老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期的应用观察

Application Observation of Ultrasonic Atomization Inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride for Elderly Patients at the Acute Attack Stage of Chronic Brochitis

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索超声雾化吸入在老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期的应用。方法将我院120例老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为两组。对照组60例采用抗炎、平喘及吸氧等内科治疗,试验组60例在对照组基础上给予氨溴索超声雾化吸入。比较两组临床疗效及治疗满意度的差异。结果试验组有效率为96.7%高于对照组83.3%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组治疗满意率为95.0%高于对照组81.7%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);结论盐酸氨溴索超声雾化吸入在老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期效果显著,具有较高的临床有效率,值得临床选择。

Objective To study the application of ultrasonic atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride for elderly patients at the acute attack stage of chronic brochitis. Method 120 elderly patients at the acute attack stage of chronic brochitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases each group. The control group adopted the medical therapy of anti-inflammation, relieving asthma and oxygen inhalation, etc. Based on the therapy of control group, the experimental group adopted the ultrasonic atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of two groups were compared. Result The effective rate of experimental group（96.7%） was higher than that of control group（83.3%）（P〈0.05）; the treatment satisfaction of experimental group（95.0%） was higher than that of control group（81.7%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients at the acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis, the ultrasonic atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride has an obvious treatment effect. It has high clinical effect, worthy of clinical choice.
