岳氏祖传秘方配合电针疗法治疗下肢风湿寒性关节痛80例

Clinical Observation on Yue's Hereditary Secret prescriptionwith Electro-acupuncture Therapy in Treating 80 Cases of Joint Pain of Wind-cold-dampness

目的观察岳氏祖传秘方配合电针疗法治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法统计2005年3月至2013年12月80例典型下肢痛风湿寒性关节痛患者治疗效果。岳氏祖传秘方治疗,内服,两日1剂,1日4次,每次100 m L,6剂为1个疗程,连服3个疗程;配合电针治疗,1次/天,20分/次,10 d为1个疗程。结果经过3个疗程的配合治疗,近期治愈率91.25%,总有效率100%。结论岳氏祖传秘方配合电针疗法治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效肯定。

Objective To observe therapeutic effects on rheumatic cold arthratgia by yue＇s hereditary secret prescription with electro-acupuncture therapy Joint Pain of Wind-cold-dampness rheumatic cold arthratgia Pattern as well as melosalgia. Methods Including outpatient and inpatient all 80 patients were counted, from March 2005 to December 2013. The treatment group took mixture of yue＇s hereditary secret prescription, with three conse cutive period of treatment 100 mL/time, four times each day. Onedose for two days, six dose as a treatment course. Combination With electro-acupuncture therapy, once per day, 20 minutes each, ten days as a treatment course. Result After three courses of treatment, cure rate and total effective rates of the treatment group were 91.25% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Yue＇s hereditary secret prescription with electro-acupuncture therapy obtain definite effects in treating Joint Pain of Wind-cold-dampness.
