摘要 IMS体系是由双向预应力筋张拉而成的板柱结构,该体系在设计中必须考虑施工引起的预应力荷载,使设计过程和计算方法更加复杂,不利于结构设计和工程应用。通过采用BIM技术,在Revit中二次开发,进行IMS体系三维参数化建模,由Revit API编程获取模型信息并编写结构计算模块。注册模块后可在Revit中加载,实现对当前IMS模型的结构计算与分析。该模块的实例测试结果与提供的手算结果基本一致,将极大程度地便捷IMS体系的结构设计与计算,对推广IMS体系应用、促进住宅产业化发展具有一定的应用价值。 IMS system is known as slab-column structure which assembled by two-way pre- stressed steel. But IMS system is not suit for design and application because construction load must be considered in design which makes computing method and design process more complicated. This paper elaborates the process of three dimensional parametric model using Revit software from BIM technology, writing programs to obtain model information and to calculate structure through Revit API. The users can load registered plug-in program in Revit to calculate and analyze the current model. The result of the plug-in example test is identical to the provided one made by hand, and the study result can simplify the process of structural design and structural computation to a remarkable extent, and it will have certain application value in promoting application of IMS system and housin~ industrialization.
