摘要
武汉某高层钢筋混凝土框架+剪力墙结构综合楼存在安全隐患,对该建筑进行现场普查、结构检测和抗震鉴定,依据检测鉴定结果确定该建筑框架梁、框架柱、剪力墙、预制板等的加固方案,综合楼经加固后满足现行规范要求,可延长建筑物的使用寿命。
An office complex in Wuhan which sturctural system was reinforced concrete frame- shear wall posed potential safety risks. The building was conducted, including on-site survey, structure detection and seismic evaluation. Based on the test results, the reinforcement scheme of frame girder, frame column, precast slab, etc., was determined. Furthermore, the strengthening which accorded with current standard requirement would extend lifespan of construction.
