普伐他汀在子前期防治中的研究进展

Research progress of pravastatin in the management of preeclampsia

子前期是妊娠期严重的并发症,其临床表现为高血压及蛋白尿出现,会严重影响母婴健康。普伐他汀作为降脂药物,近年来被发现能够改善子前期的相关症状。本文对国内外学者近年来对普伐他汀在子前期中的防治作用研究作一综述。

Preeclampsia,a severe complication in the duration of pregnancy,with clinical manifestations of hypertension and proteinuria,which will seriously affects maternal and infant health.In recent years,it has been discovered that pravastatin,as a lipid-lowering drug,can improve the symptoms of preeclampsia.This review summarized recent progress of pravastatin in the management of preeclampsia.
