摘要
运用石蜡制片技术对重瓣野迎春的花部维管束进行解剖学研究,以探索其花部维管束分布与延伸,明确野迎春的花部重瓣来源的解剖学证据。结果表明:野迎春的花梗维管束为外韧型,密集地分布于花梗中央;心皮背束2束,隔膜束1束;子房壁维管束中的外轮维管束和内轮维管束,向上延伸发展为萼片维管束和花瓣维管束;同时,隔膜束和心皮背束继续向内移动,并产生分支;隔膜束延伸成花瓣维管束和雄蕊维管束,心皮背束发展成为雄蕊维管束和花柱维管束。重瓣野迎春的两轮花瓣维管束的来源为隔膜束和子房壁,故其重瓣的演化类型属于重复起源。
In order to explore the floral vascular bundle distribution and extension, confirm the anatomical evidence for the source of Jasminum mesnyi Hance double flower, the anatomical research on it's floral vascular bundle has been performed by using paraffin sectioning technique. The results show that the pedicel vascular bundle of Jasminum mesnyi Hance is outer ductile type, densely distributed in the central; tow carpellary dorsal bundles, one diaphragm bundle; the outer wheel vascular bundles and the inner wheel vascular bundles extends upward and develops to sepal vascular bundles and petal vascular bundles; at the same time, the diaphragm bundles and carpellary dorsal bundles continue to move inward, and generate branches; diaphragm bundles extend and generate to petal vascular bundles and stamen vascular bundles, the carpellary dorsal bundles become stamen vascular bundles and stylus vascular bundles. The source of double flower Jasminum mesnyi Hance two petal vascular bundle is diaphragm bundles and the ovary wall, then the double flower evolution type belongs to repeat the origion.
