通过近5 a的双低杂交油菜沣油737制种技术研究,探索出了一套适宜陕南勉县气候条件下的高产保纯制种技术。其主要技术措施是：选择优势基地,制种基地应相对集中连片,土质肥沃;在保证隔离安全的条件下,培育壮苗,规范栽培,严格父母本行比为1∶2;母本适时打薹促花遇,薹高15~20cm时开始打薹,要打去薹高的1/3;采用化学杀雄剂控制不育系前期微粉,在母本显蕾期用2~3μg/m L定军1号水剂化杀剂喷施1~2次能起到很好的杀雄效果,种子纯度能提高5%~20%。

Taking Hybrid Rape Fenyou 737 as material, about 5 years＇ breeding technology research was conducted, the optimal and highyielding seed production technology of hybrid rape fenyou 737 was summarized as follows：（1） Choose relatively concentrated, fertile soil as seed production base.（2） Ensure the safety of isolation, breeding strong seedlings and transplant male and female parent according to line ratio of 1 ∶ 2.（3） Pick young budding branches by 1/3 when female parent bolting by 15-20 cm.（4） Using chemical hybridization agents control prophase powder of sterile lines, in the show stage of female parent spraying in 2-3 μg/m Lby 1-2 times on killing male effectively, seed purity can improve 5%-20%.
