秋季连阴雨天气对湖南农业生产的影响及防灾减灾措施 被引量:9

摘要 2015年11月湖南省出现了连阴雨天气过程,引发了暴雨和洪涝气象灾害。连阴雨对湖南农业生产影响主要表现为三个方面:降水过多造成农田湿(渍)害;日照偏少,不利于光合作用,作物长势弱;温度过低,一些生长作物积温不足,出现病虫害。连阴雨过程伴随的暴雨洪涝灾害损毁了部分农田水利设施。针对这些不良影响,提出及时开沟排水,增加土壤透气性,防止渍害发生,做好查苗补苗工作,及时加固温室大棚棚架和畜禽舍等设施。 It has been appeared continuous rainy weather process in Hunan Province in November 2015. It has even appeared heavy rains and floods during continuous rainy weather disasters. Due to the cold air continuously influenced Hunan Province from east road. Subtropical high is stronger than throughout the year at the same time. Shear moved in Hunan southern area. So it formed a continuous rain weather process. The continuous rainy weather caused by lack of sunshine, effect of canola after transplanting live trees and growth, it is not conducive to the normal growth of fall vegetables and winter vegetables, affected the rice harvest drying off the work. For the above, it proposed timely drainage ditch, increased soil permeability, prevented water logging occurred, checked the seedling of work, and other recommendations.
