摘要
为了改进茯苓多糖的提取工艺,以茯苓粉为原料,通过对Na OH浓度、反应温度、反应时间、料液比4个因素进行正交试验,探讨了茯苓多糖提取的优化条件。结果表明:茯苓多糖提取的最优制备工艺为:反应时间8 h,碱浓度0.7 mol/L,料液比1∶30,反应温度5℃。
In order to improve the tuckahoe polysaccharide extraction process, taking tuckahoe powder as raw material, four factors orthogonal test was conducted to optimize Poria cocos polysaccharide extraction conditions by Na OH concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and material liquid, The results showed that the Indian buead polysaccharide extraction of the optimum preparation process for 8 h reaction time, concentration of alkali 0.7 mol/L, 1 ∶ 30 material liquid ratio, reaction temperature of 5 ℃ conditions of Poria cocos polysaccharide extraction.
