A Consideration of Hunan Province “13th Five-Year” on the Development of Agricultural Science and Technology

实施创新驱动是推进湖南农业供给侧结构性改革,实现农业现代化的关键。在深入分析、充分辨识湖南农业科技发展现状的基础上,提出了湖南省"十三五"农业科技发展的总体战略,即协同创新、重点突破、支撑发展和能力提升战略,并提出了未来湖南农业科技发展应着力主攻的主要任务。
