摘要
北京市主要水旱灾害风险为流域性洪水、山区山洪泥石流、城区内涝以及伴随的次生灾害和当地水资源紧缺五大类型。侧重从北京市2016年防汛工作主要风险点的角度分析提出了防汛减灾主要对策措施,并从提高灾害管理精细化、社会化、智能化角度提出相应建议。
The main water disaster risk includes river basin flood, debris flow and flush flood, urban water logging, accompanying secondary disasters and local water shortage. Measures on disaster reduction and suggestions on elaboration, socialization and intelligentize of disaster management are carried from the risk analysis on flood prevention of Beijing in 2016.
