摘要
调控一体化是当前水利水电、电力调度自动化领域的发展趋势。在对某单位水利电力多项目调控系统研究开发的基础上,提出了集水情测报、水库调度、大坝安全监测、水电站监控、电网调控于一体的水利电力多项目调控一体化系统的设计思路和实现方法,为不同专业信息系统统一规划、统一标准、统一基础支撑平台提供了实践经验。
Integrated control systems for multiple hydropower projects have been widely applied in the field of electric power dispatching automation. Based on case study on control system research and development, design and implementation methods for control systems of multiple hydropower projects are proposed that can integrate water information forecasting and prediction, reservoir regulation, dam safety monitoring, power plant supervision and grid control. This practical experience can be used for integrated planning and standardization of various information and formation of unified control system.
